Using AA's El Spectro's build as a base, I'm working on a PL 10 Luchador. The idea that he's the son of a now retired Luchador, taking his father's mask. However, all these stories about his father turns out to be true. But more on that later. So here's my first draft, still far from complete. He's a hero who rely on his training and will alone. His only "powers" obviously come from training. He's got some decent mental stats because he's far from beign just a dumb muscle and I intend to give him more skills over time.
