  1. I wouldn't mind if Doctor Science was involved with the investigation, I need to start posting here anyways.
  2. I'm still a High School student (Senior)! I plan on graduating this year and hopefully get some job related to computers and not destroying them. I live in Florida. It's Hot, flat, and dumb. Much like a soda outside the fridge. I'm 19.
  3. (Thanks, Brain! No not that one. The one with the name.) OKAY, so! The way it works is simple: I go down the list and update every so often on the progress of each drawing, if said character has a secret identity I'll be adding it in there somehow. But there's a few things I suppose most folks should know about my drawings, habits, and drawing habits. 1.It's loosely animu based, my early years of drawing was pretty much influenced on KNIGHTS OF THE ZODIAC (yeaahhh!) and Ronin Warriors. So expect the drawings to not look realistic at all. 2.I'm not that great of an artist and I'm still learning but I'm a determinator, so I'll keep drawing/re-drawing/going into a corner and crying until I get it right. 3. Said determination might cause some slowdown on my updates. Super sorry! 4.I don't like putting a "finished" look on pictures since I believe having a whole "Sketchy" feel to the drawing shows my work and the many times I've had to redraw it. And I get this sort of "Ew, it looks bland" whenever I DO attempt inking/outlining. But worry not! I'm decent at coloring. 5. I'm easily distracte-- 5 Part 2. I'm easily distracted by the internet and mostly TvTropes (but sometimes Ragnarok Online) so there may be times where there won't be any word of me from the drawings. But I eventually get back to it. 6. I don't draw..a lot. Mostly they're zany sketches done in MSN and short bursts of awesome. Coupled with the prolonged times of reading TvTropes I tend to go uninspired and just feel awful when I force myself to draw. 7. There's bound to be a lot of slowdowns at times is what I'm getting at! Now that that's out of the way, I'll post a list of accepted PCs and their progress. If the drawing is done it'll be linked from the PC's name. It'd be super nifty if a Mod would add it to the first post. Divine- Done! 4. Do you think Doctor Science could be added for the Shrinking Violet and Apologises Alot? Thaaaaaaanks.
  5. Characters Name: Doctor Science Power Level: 7 (90/105) Trade-Offs: None Unspent PP: 15 Alternate Identity: Alice Himmel Age: 16 (September 17, 1993) Gender: Female Height: 5’5†Weight:135 lbs Eyes:Hazel Hair:Black Description: A diminutive, pale-skinned girl with shoulder length black hair that curls a bit at the end and soft hazel eyes. She wears a white lab coat, with (DS) stitched on the left shoulder sleeve and lined with pockets on the hem, with a beige sweater vest under it. She also wears a pair of jeans that cover a pair of converse sneakers. The pants are covered up to the knee whenever the Ventus boots are put on and likewise to most of her left arm when Tesla is activated. Alice also carries around a messenger bag slung over her right shoulder...It has a little smile drawn on the flap. History: Alice was a lucky girl, born into a wealthy family and living in the security of her own home for most of her life. Although this sheltered life offered the girl protection, her parents were concerned of exposing her to a world where costume vigilantes were actually normal. So Alice was home-schooled; which didn’t last long as the girl was nothing short of a child prodigy. Finishing her studies at age 9 and with really, nothing left to do...She took up reading comics and playing video games. Alice’s achievements were known to be spectacular for a girl her age: Beating Mr. Dream in Knock Out! in only one play through, and playing Ultra Guy 1 (She can’t defeat Breeze Man, it is impossible!). And a few years later, she figured out how science works and grew an affinity towards it; becoming a top notch engineer at 14, which lead to the creation of her clever devices she wields. Alice did move out of her home, much to the chagrin of the parents, but promised to remain in North City and close to her parents. Alice is currently attending Claremont Academy as a first year student in order to further understand what she's getting herself into. And maybe make some friends. Personality & Motivation: Alice grew up reading comics, especially those concerning superheroes and villains which coupled with the fact that she read them at a very impressionable age, took it upon herself to become one of the heroes and protecting Freedom City the best she could. Science helped. She’s very well-spoken but extremely shy when it comes to social situations. Of course, her shyness never deterred the girl from doing everything she can scientifically can to help the heroes that have granted protection to her family and subsequently herself. Alice only hopes she can live up to being a heroine. Powers & Tactics: Melee comes only as a second option, the Tesla Gauntlet is more than capable of firing electric bolts at a range and with its Magnetic Control, it is capable of controlling some ferrous metals to a certain weight. The Ventus boots allow Alice to move up to 100 MPH, this can also work in conjunction with the Tesla for one hell of a punch. When not in use, the Tesla Gauntlet folds itself into the large orb on the back of the hand and placed in DS's Messenger Bag while Ventus folds itself in the same manner it is kept kept around her ankles (think two thick ankle bracelets over the pants). DS would have to reach down and activate them with a button. The Aegis Force Field is simply removed from the buckle. Note: I think the Force Field might be the fastest thing she can activate out of the devices since it's kinda right there, but it does require some time to be in full effect. Complications : Doctor Science still has parents living in North Freedom. In Brief: Short, sleepy eyed, geeky girl in a lab coat. Has a big freakin’ metal arm.
