IronWeb is a technopath, his prime ability is to work his way into computer systems, and he uses the information to guide and dispatch his operatives to fight crime.
His major instrument is a shapeshifting robot , but he has other flesh and blood operators.
His main objective is to direct the fight against crime, he isnt afraid to get onto the streets, but is always there with backup plans and redunnacies built into the strategy he uses.
He is deidicated to the war against crime and the inherrent reponsibilties that being a superhero entails
