  3. DC 20 Will Save: 1d20+7 18 That's Bad! Reroll. DC 20 Will Save: 1d20+7 15 Why you no like me Orokos? Luckily, that's below 10. so 25 in all. I don't even need to roll Bluff, since it's +12. Also, move action skills are -5. Actually, would Attractive apply to that? I mean, she could be all like 'damn I look good, maybe i should do what I say.' Bluff vs Trick: 1d20+12 21. Oh nooo!
  4. Notice and Sense Motive: 1d20+5 25 1d20+5 18 Anything I need to know before responding?
  5. @Heritage Heroic hijinks are about to ensue!
  6. Moira was a guest employee at Silberman's since the beginning of the year. She'd pop in every Wednesday ring the register, but lately she and Lynn had an idea. What if instead of register work, she pulled in customers? She and Lynn talked about it and they both agreed that she would dress up in a costume. For the past two weeks it was successful. More people in the store, more word of mouth, more sales. Good for all. Not that she didn't get a say in the matter, but Moira generally joyed the work. She would have done it for free, but that's not how businesses work. This week she and Gretchen - the two had mended bridges over the winter months, taking to warmer climes to get to know each other better - had been talking back and forth. They would take lunch break together and wouldn't come back for the rest of the shift. A few hours later, Moira woke up in Gretchen's room, rested. She hadn't slept this peacefully in a while. No mind talk from the parents. And then she noticed her bracer was gone. That thing never left her arm! She didn't want to wake Gretchen, but Gretchen wasn't there either. hopping up from the comforting bed, she raced to put on a night dress and scoured the apartment. For her bracer. For her lover. For any signs of what happened. And nothing had happened! The only thing rustled was the things that got in the way when they came in.
  7. Moira, surprisingly, was not that much of a gambler. The Paradise, however, drew her in like a moth to a very warm candle. It was always warm here. And while she could go to anywhere with a bit of help from her godly connections, sometimes she wanted to stay local. Besides, a friend of hers had set something up for her. A date. Something she did plenty of. The weather wasn't a problem for Moira, she just had to coordinate. Winter wear for winter, summer wear for winter. Now? Here? A colorful robe and a one-piece swimsuit. She saw rose talking to someone across the way. She smiled and waved. That must have been her date. Or maybe Rose's? Wait she looked familiar. Approaching to two with a grin, she looked to Maybelle and then to Rose. Kissing Rose on the cheek, "so, what mischief are you up to, dear?" Rose stood up straight and proper, as she would when she introduced a guest, "Maybelle, this is Moira. Moira this is Maybelle." She smiled, looking to Maybelle, "well, this is the place, and I figured you'd need a companion?" Moira looked to Maybelle, "long time no see," she said with polite hand out.
  8. Attack Paragons-Scion: 1d20+8 19 That hits. Olympian Style! DC 27 Toughness. And a grapple check. Grapple Paragons-Scion: 1d20+18 21 Booooo!
  9. The 14th was her birthday. So she bashed it out in style. Though despite her legendary carousing, she was getting weary and probably plopped out somewhere. The last thing she remembered was a dream where she and Apollo were swimming and necking. In the sun. And now? This place. She was being attack by herself. "Damn I look good, but do I really sound that stupid," she grinned. Running forward to meet herself, she blinked on her costume. Red, to match the arena, she guessed. "Speaking of comic books, you have to tell me your tailor after I beat you down." She swung hard with a discus punch, meant to bring the doppelganger to the ground. It connected, but she struggled to bring the armored version of herself down.
  10. GM The Paradise, 6PM, March 24, 2018. Rose had done this for Maybelle before. It was not so successful. She swore if it didn't work this time that... there were plenty of fish in the sea. She just wanted to see her friend happy, and not so obsessed with work. It was fine to a degree, but workaholism was bad! Luckily, Rose knew just the person to wind Maybelle down. There was a concerted effort, with Rose at the head, to get Maybelle dating. So, right now, in the middle of winter, they would go to some place warm. The Paradise is a 'tropical resort' year round. Which was fine, she enjoyed the warmth better than the cold. Warmth lead to summer clothing. Of which she made sure Maybelle bought. No work clothes, she warned. Finally, there was the hook up. Rose said they'd met before under inopportune circumstances. And no, it wasn't Greg, again. They would wait in the - very warm - waiting room. There were dressing rooms to get ready for the resort theme.
  11. So, I've edit this statement a lot, because apparently, math This is what I meant to say!
  12. That's good. Should be formatted as such Combat: 12 + 20 = 32PP Attack: +6 Base Defense: +11 (+10 Base, +1 Dodge Focus) Initiative: +1 (+1 Dexterity) Grapple: +5 (+6 Base, -1 Strength) Knockback: -4, -0 without Defensive Roll (+1 Constitution, +8 Defensive Roll) Also, a suggestion. Save yourself a point. Put base defense at 9 and dodge focus at 2. It's mechanically the same as what you're doing now. Should be formatted as such Saving Throws: 7 + 7 + 10 = 24PP Toughness: +9/+1 (+1 Con, +8 Defensive Roll) Fortitude: +8 (+1 Con, +7) Reflex: +8 (+1 Dex, +7) Will: +13 (+3 Wis, +10) Another suggestion? I'd cut five points out of this. The normal character has an average of PL-2 to exotic saves. Which would be 24 for PL10. You have 29. Fascinate (Perform) needs a specialization. Like Fascinate (Perform [singing]) Why does this character have All-Out Attack? Powers: 14 + 33 + 3 = 49PP Enhanced Charisma 14 [14PP] Illusion 10 (All Senses; Flaws: Phantasms; Power Feats: Alternate Power 3) [33PP] Alternate Power: Dazzle 7 (All Senses; Power Feats: Precise) [29/30] Alternate Power: Mind Control 9 (Extras: Sensory Link; Power Feats: Precise) [28/30] Alternate Power: Stun 9 (Extras: Range 2 [Perception]; Flaws: Limited [Daze]; Power Feats: Accurate) [28/30] Immunity 5 (Dazzle Effects; Flaws: Limited [Half Effect]) [3PP] Few things here. Which Thevshi and Ari have most likely mentioned! So I'll keep it short. Illusion Power is 33 points. Precise is Precise Shot for powers. Dazzle will need it, but not Mind Control. Stun, as you have it, does not need Accurate. Perception effects don't have an attack roll. The powers should have names and descriptors. Your array powers, what do they do outside of mechanics? Immunity, what's protecting her? How is her Charisma enhanced? Mind Control and Stun, as you have them, are Perception Range.
  13. "Thanks," Moira said kissing the spirit conduit. Carnal hummed a bit. Now a nice long ride to the spaceport. The car, new on the inside than the outside, had modern amenities. One of those was auto-drive. She pushed the button. "Destination, baby," the machine spoke sultry voice, "oh you're not Mr Suvou!" Moira snickered at the car's computer. A cartoon lady with 'ample' features. "Oh boy, aren't you cute," Moira smirked, "I'm Mr Suvou's new car warmer." "Name please," the cartoon lady fumed. Moira paused a moment, she knew she couldn't fool an automated system, but if she knocked it out, she was going to have to find another vehicle. And there weren't many other choices. "Sc10n." "Alright, Sc10n, what would be your destination," the cartoon lady jiggled and bounced as it recorded the information, drawing snickers from Moira again. "Tyson-Musk Industries Spaceport, please," she said with a sharp exhale, "it's the closest without traffic." Or obstacles, she didn't say.
  14. Happy birthday, @olopi! I got you a birthday card
  15. Moira sensed the pride in Alexa's craft, it was genuine. And, after looking at all those videos she did, her talent was as well. "My lips are sealed," she said drawing a finger across her lips and and throwing away the key. She really was excited about the prospect of videos for her own channel. Maybe she and Alexa could be partners or something like that. Moira had never been there, but she knew it was by invite only.A few friends of friends went there. She never thought about it. "Well, I guess I could go back to school for a few days," she said jokingly. The coffees she ordered came just in time as she was about to get up. To be fair, she thought she was going to be here longer. She explained to the waitress - what do they call servers in a coffee shop? - that she would take a carry out. She looked to Alexa, "you need transport back to your place?"
  16. Moira nodded about the looking like Scion part. Some people couldn't put two and two together. Not that she held it against them. "Easier than you'd think," she smirked, "I've met her a few times myself. She's very much a big talker. But she can back it up, I guess." She laughed, "when not doing all that super cool stuff, she's very... let's just say, she's pretty intense. Being a divinity and all." Moira was laughing her butt off inside her head. Half-truths, basically. Scion was herself turned up to eleven, but Moira wasn't really much below that setting herself. Looking at the designs, she smiled. This was very good. It was the pop cultural vision of the Olympian realms. She couldn't hold it against the girl that had never been there. Maybe one day she'd show her. But now? Moira nodded, "I like it. It looks better than some of the grimy flicks from a few years back." That was almost a decade ago. Alexa was most likely in single digits when it came out! Moira would watch it with Gretchen to nitpick it. And boy did Gretchen love nitpicking. "How does this work? Green screen? Practical effects?"

    Theogony

Moira nodded. The girl was fresh out of the pond it seemed, at least linguistically. "<Yeah, I have your back,>" Moira affirmed in Greek, "<but I insist>," she glowed gold one more time, her flowing costume appeared, "<let's do this more formally!>" Moira smiled, "<there are more things in heaven and earth...>" She could never finish that statement right. Still, it was time to take fishy down. Rushing twoard the makeshift rubble wall, it was easy enough to plow through with her strength. Ray had disappeared though. "So, he's going to make his defeat more severe, is he," she asked her self rhetorically.
  20. Nullify Electronic System 10 (Contagious, Range [Touch]). But I gotta hit. Nullify Sensebot, hit and opposed: 1d20+8 23 1d20+10 27
  21. Madness was one of her favorite spirits. It gave her actual insights some time. She just had to listen for it. Other times, not unlike Anger, it was pretty damn straight forward. Go! It was time for action. She gave into Madness' plea and let the spirit take her fast as she could. But those sensebots would be everywhere. There needed to be a plan other than 'run'. The sensebots may have not had brains, but they did have tech running through them. A jolt from her spirits and she could shut down one if not many.
