"Pikachuman? Whazzat?" Ionica says and kinda misses the whole conversation between Warren and Chris, as she's trying to fit an image of a flurry yellow and red electric rat into the image of Geckoman and utterly and completely fails. After several failed attempts to do this very straining and difficult task, she realizes that Warren is about to head to some other place. "Wait? What's with this Pikachuman? He ain't yellow." Then she directs a question to Chris. "Can you use lightning? I can do that too, it's very pretty."

Will the people in Claremont become a team of their own? I could see Ionica participate in this just to see if she has what it takes to be a superhero.

"Real school sucks," Ionica mutters, after hearing Warren's statement that he'll help her. She pouts and then lets out a sigh. To become a superhero she'll have to go to this... this... school. Poor Ionica's head has started throbbing just thinking about it. As she then listens to the introduction of the school and where the various facilities are, she does look like she's completely and utterly not understanding what is being said. Which is quite true, since she just didn't have the time to roll everything around inside her mind, trying to really fit it into her own limited mind. But... she nods and gives a smile which doesn't really hide her uncertainty when Leroy finishes, pretending she got it all.

Basically I think it would be more suitable as feats rather than powers. Quick attack (levelled feat) You are able to wield a weapon much faster than usual, without losing precision. When selecting this feat, choose one weapon of your choosing. At rank 1 you deal 1 additional damage if you roll 2 or more over the defense of your opponent. Each additional rank you deal an additional +1 damage for every 2 above opponent defense, up to a maximum +5 or half the attacks damage, whichever is lower. A 2 PP per rank version allows you to deal 1 additional damage for each point above defense OR the maximum damage you can deal is equal to +10 or the attacks damage, whichever is lower. Alternatively you can buy it at 3 PP per rank, which allows you to combine the above effects, dealing 1 additional damage for each point above opponent defense up to +10 or the attacks damage, whichever is lower.

Ionica blinks, having completely and utterly misunderstood the Emissary's previous comment. "Oh. I thought you're like talking about that doctor job in that clinic," she then comments, casting a glance into a wall, anything to avoid Emissary's eyes. "'cause that was borin' lots'n'lots." She then shrugs. "But eh, I can punch and lift stuff, so it's not borin' to be super heroin' that way, right? It's gonna be awesomely cool."

"Superhero school?" Ionica asks, looking around, a faint smile seen on her lips. "Does that mean we don't learn math and stuff like that?" This is said with a pleading look in her eyes.

Getting off the bus Ionica stared around wide eyed, hiding herself behind Warren, as she just wasn't really that comfortable with this strange place, especially not a place where they already seemed to know her, but she didn't know them. It was creepy. "Ionica." she then said to introduce herself to the two teachers and the rest of the students. "And I ain't sure I'm su... uhm... yaknow, gonna be here'n'stuff. I think ya made a failure in that list."

"I don't like helping people that way," the Ionic girl mutters with a shrug. "I ain't that good with stuff like that'n'such, yaknow. It's just so boring boring boring." The last is said with a sigh and then a pout. "I ain't gonna be any charity worker'n'stuff, I just punch bad guys, that's what I can do."

Ionica still appears to be semi-stunned, her mouth half-open and her eyes wider than usual, at least until she's spoken to by Geckoman. She then shakes her head, as if to get rid of whatever fog is on her mind, before turning her attention to the lizard boy. "... Hi... I'm Ionica," she finally replies. "I think I'm going to go to some school now, which is weird, I didn't plan to go to school, so how did it happen? I'm confused." she then rambles on, still not really comprehending Floyd's explanation.

"Uhm..." Ionica just comments to that, unsure what to respond to it. So without really thinking about it, she begins moving into the bus, she'll need to give her brain a workout and think about that this means later, when there are less people around.

I just thought that since perception is about being able to sense it and the eyes are used for visual sensing it would make sense. So remove the alternate power and instead add 1 to Will save please.

The ditzy Ionica goes all wide eyed as she hears that her name is on THE LIST, staring at Floyd for several seconds, before she finally comments on it, "I'm on the list? But... But... I'm not... I... Yaknow, uhm..." She casts a glance at Warren, then back at Floyd. "I dunno even know that place!" she then finally exclaims with a pout. "How'd I get there? I mean, what?!?" Poor Ionica, it looks like her brain is working overtime, trying to come up with some explanation, any explanation, for how she can be on that list.

"Uhm... I'm Ionica and I'm a superhero-girl," Ionica says to this bus driver. "Ain't like I need a school anyway, it's just Warren who wanna drag me there and stuff, yaknow." she then comments with a shrug.

"It ain't like I need money, yaknow. A bit would be nice, but uhm, I kinda don't need much... well, not really anything." the Ionic girl says with a shrug. "And I dunno, helping people just makes me feel all funny and nice inside, so that's how I know it's the right thing to do, right?"

As the bus arrives Ionica does ignore it, at least until she realizes that Warren was waiting for it. She lets out a faint sigh and shrugs, oh well. As he then starts speaking of blue and blonde mute girls and a deaf girl, the ditzy girl looks around, trying to find these. Finally she tugs at Warren's sleeve and whispers to him, "Uhm, where are those other friends of yours and why didn't ya introduce us?" Not that she'd like to be introduced to those two girls anyway, I mean what if they too kinda like the hunk?

"Uhm, because it's the right thing'n'stuff like that? Besides I'm getting bored when I ain't doin' it, kay? Ain't like I'm rich and wealthy and got lots of money to keep myself busy'n'crap." the Ionic girl says after a moment of consideration.

"Uhm, so you're sayin' I should be lifting planes and stuff, so I could train? You think the people at the airport will be happy about that?" the blonde ditz comments with a shrug. "Ain't like I can just go to a fitness center or some stuff like that." With that said she shrugs once again. "If patrolling gives ordinary bad guys, not super bad guys it's kinda crappy. I ain't got no tv or stuff and I dunno any P.I's. Ain't easy being a super hero." The last is said as she pouts.

"School smool, bweh," Ionica says, sticking out her tongue to illustrate what she means about it. "Gabri... uhm, yeah, whatever your name was, that school place prolly sucks anyway. 'sides the street teaches ya how ta survive'n'stuff, ain't got no need for knowing what the capital is of Europe or stuff like that." She doesn't seem like she has noticed the listener (Darian), instead just trying to keep her attention on both Lullaby and Warren.

The blue-blondish haired ditz looks from Lullaby to Warren and then back to Lullaby, before she finally says something. "Uhm, are you on some drugs or somethin'?" is the question given in Lullaby's direction. "Because drugs are kinda bad'n'stuff, not good for ya. 'sides what good is that 'cademy anyway, it's just books and other crap, yaknow." With that said she pouts slightly. Here she finds a cute boy and this other girl now seems to be making the moves on him. She lets out a sigh, it's not like she should expect anything anyway, she's not clever and she's definitely no beauty, but hey, a girl can dream, can't she?

No, but it's just so long! ;_; I felt like I was on question 34081 when I just couldn't handle it in my tiny little brain any longer. :(

Ionica just gets out a "Hi Warren," before she hears Lullaby's words and it is as if her brain short circuits and she simply stares at Lullaby for several seconds. "Uhm... Hi?" she then simply says, not really sure what else to say, having no clue what it was this Gabriellor just said.

"Ain't got no training room," Ionica says with a shrug. "Ain't like I need it, yaknow." She then sighs. "I dunno any of those detective people. I ain't got many friends and stuff. Ain't it easier to just patrol and find 'em?"

"Uhm. I think you can be a super hero if you want to be one. I mean... I think anyone with special powers can be or something. As long as you're not a super bad guy, it's fine," Ionica explains to Lullaby. "And I dunno, I'm just here and saw uhm..." She looks at Warren, before she shrugs. "I dunno his name, but I saw him wait. Thought I could fly him whereever he should go."

As Lullaby changes form, Ionica is stunned and confused. Blinking a few times, she finally is able to ask a question. "That's cool, are you a super hero who can like become anything?" the rather simple girl asks. "Because I'm a superhero or at least I'm trying to become one, and it would be so awesome if you were one too!" With that said Ionica gives Lullaby a big smile.
