  1. Ionica does stare at the fast recovery of Warren, but then simply shrugs it off, it hurts her brain too much to think about such complex things... "I dunno anything about taxi or busses or anything like that," she then replies to Warren, casting a glance over at Lullaby to see whether she would know or not. "Ain't like I need 'em or anything anyway, I can just fly n' stuff."
  2. I've also included the changes that I previously posted in the other character edit thread (to be able to afford Dynamic on the alternate power of Super-Strength), though lowered will save a bit, as I felt Will +8 was a bit too high. Enhanced Strength -2 (for Enhanced Strength 28) - gives 2 PP In array: Lower Electrical Control to 13 ranks Enhanced Constitution -2 (for Enhanced Constitution 26 - gives 2 PP Remove Immunity - Mental Effects - gives 10 PP Total PP gained: 14 Add 2 ranks to Regeneration: Injured 1/minute [3], Staggered 1/minute [3] - costs 2 PP Add 1 AP on enhanced strength 28: - costs 1 PP Blast (electrical eyeblasts) 9 (extra: range - perception) Add 1 rank to Super-Strength, raising it to 10 - costs 2 PP Add 1 Power Feat on Super-Strength: Shockwave - costs 1 PP Make the alternate power on Super-Strength Dynamic - costs 1 PP Raise will save to +6 - costs 7 PP Total PP spent: 14

Ionica follows the Emissary, listening to his ramblings as she flies. As the Emissary makes his statements about how to find villains, Ionica glances away. "Patrolling it is then. Ain't no way I'm gonna use the stupid innanets or read stupid papers," she then mutters, not really being able to follow the rest of the directions with her very limited education. "Train, train more, then fight, got it. Uhm, how can I train, I mean I can lift... uhm, lots, so weights don't really work I think."
  4. "OH! Sorry sorry, I'm so sorry, are you okay?!?" Ionica asks, while she flutters around Warren, checking if he's not broken anywhere. "You asked me to do so, but I thought you'd jump away or something, since you're like a sportsman. Didn't know I'd hit you." She looks like she's about to go into panic, looking left and right, then up and down, before back at Warren, only to find her concentration (or erraticness) being broken by the girl talking about singing. Ionica blinks and turns to look at Lullaby, studying the other girl with a rather... empty look in her eyes. "Singing? Uhm... What? Singing about what? Uhm, why? What's with singing?" she asks, confused, very very confused.
  5. If Warren succeeds in dragging her there and Duncan Summers accepts her, then 16 year old Lucy (aka Ionica) would be interested. :)
  6. Ionica looks strangely at Warren... Then at her fist. Then back at Warren. She considers for a few moments, as if weighing her options and then tries(1d20 6=19) to hit Warren with a swing.
  7. "Hit you?!? But if I hit you, you might get hurt badly. I mean I can punch very very hard, because I'm a super hero." Ionica exclaims, seeming to forgot the rest said by Warr, focusing solely on one sentence. She ignores the jacket offered to her, most likely not paying any notice to it.
  8. "Name's Ionica," Ionica mutters, as Warr once again calls her Lucy. "A school for kids like us? But school is boring. How can there be a school for kids like us? What is kids like us anyway? I know I'm Ionica, but you're like... uhm, I don't think I ever got your name." She then shrugs slightly. "Nut really into school and stuff, yaknow," she then comments with a shrug. "Ain't like they teach ya anything useful 'n stuff. I dun need to know what the side of a triangle is n' stuff."

"Uhm, no. But it can't be that hard, right? Aim, punch, win, right? If one does not work, do it again." Ionica says with a small smile. "Or is there any secrets of villain hunting that I don't know of? I am new to this, yaknow."
  10. Ionica didn't seem to notice the strength required to shut off the valve. She does however blink when she hears that Warren's friend is a thief, not a friend. "Oh. I didn't know that. That's cool. You must be a pretty good pole vaulter, are you winning lots and lots of competitions or is it more for fun? And isn't it kinda boring?" She then watched the guy give the purse back to the old lady, wondering idly why she wasn't the one to do that, because it's a heroic deed, right? She suddenly blinked, realizing something... Warren stopped the purse snatcher and helped the old lady, therefore he was a hero! She forgets everything about being called Lucy and about school, as she quickly asks the next question. "Are you like a hero?!? That's so awesome, can you teach me to be one?"
  11. "What happened," Ionica asks, as she flies over to the cute boy, who's now playing a bit rough with one of his friends or something. She does pout a bit realizing that the boy finds it more fun to be with this friend, but on the other hand, she just met him, so she can't expect too much, right? She then casts a closer look at the distance Warr leaped, raising her eyebrow, looking a bit shocked. "Wow, are you like one of those olympic athletiti... uhm, sports people, who can hop really really far?"
  12. "Lucy? There's no Lucy here. I'm Ionica," the 'super air head' says, looking left and right, obviously lying. She doesn't even notice the robbery, until she sees Warren make a leap against the robber, tackling him. Then she blinks, trying to understand what just happened. "Uhm... Wha....?" she mutters, looking first at Warren, then the robber and finally the broken water main. Then she blinks, tilting her head a bit, trying to find out what just happened.
  13. The young heroine frowns at that comment, obviously missing the sarcasm. "The super villains are hiding themselves," Ionica then says with a sigh. "I've been looking, but couldn't find any. So I went here to watch the planes instead. So I guess flying with you wouldn't ruin anything anyway, because the bad guys are hiding or something." The last is said with a small pout.
  14. After being asked about taxis, the flying girl shrugs and mutters something that might be translated into Dunno. "Ain't like I'm using taxis and stuff, yaknow. Costs too much and I can fly." Ionica then simply comments to Warr. "Do you want a lift? I mean I can easily lift you and I can fly, so I could fly you whereever you're going. And the wind isn't going to do anything either, I'm too awesome for that" she then says with a small smile. "The names Luc... uhm, I mean Lady Ionica, the amazing superhero!"
  15. The doc found an error in my Superstrength/Flight dynamic array, where I forgot to make the Flight dynamic. It should be: Super-Strength 9 (effective Str 83 at max; Power Feat: Dynamic, 1 Dynamic Alternate Power) [21 PP] DAP: Flight 9 (ionic propulsion) Which is 1 PP more than the original 20 PP cost. To pay for this, could you just remove the Immunity to Mental Effects (10 PP), spend 1 PP on making the flight dynamic and then the remaining 9 PP put into Will save, to give her a possibility of surviving a mental attack (for a total will save of +8)?
  16. The flying girl suddenly notices the cute boy (Warr) waiting for a taxi. She tilts her head and studies him for a few moments, before she flies down next to him, giving him a smile. "Hi!" she then exclaims, not exactly shouting, but definitely not just saying it either.

It is great that the Emissary gives out a huge speech about responsibility and about helping the community, but with Ionica it unfortunately seems to go into one ear and out of the other, leaving her utterly confused and unable to understand most of it. Rather than say so though, she nods and shrugs. If Emissary says so, it's probably right, right? "You really think I'll become famous? That would be so awesome!" she then simply comments, her brain having ignored almost everything else and just focused on that little part...
  18. A little girl standing near the eating teenager grabs the skirt of her mother and gives it a few tugs, while pointing up into the air. "Look mommy, is that an angel?" the small girl asks innocently, before the mother shakes her head and drags the girl into the airport. "No, that's not an angel. It's a metahuman and I hope it's not a bad one," the mother mutters as she walks through the sliding doors. Meanwhile Ionica remains floating, while her eyes keeps focused on a plane which is slowly descending from the sky with it's cargo of passengers. "Wow," she says, almost inaudible and definitely not loud enough to go above the noise made by the plane.

Ionica does not look too pleased with having her leg embraced, but she chooses not to react, since the girl isn't really a threat. "Uhm, bye," she then simply comments as the girl runs back to her family, leaving Ionica alone again. As this happens she does look rather uncomfortable, not knowing what to do. Fortunately for her the Emissary comes to her save and asks if they should leave, to which she nods. "Yeah, not really sure what we're doin' here and stuff," she says with a shrug. "Are you sure we can't find any super-bad guys to stop from doing bad stuff?" Ionica then comments with a small pout.

"If you have super powers you can become a superhero. If not, well, then you can become something else I guess. Not everybody has superpowers and stuff. In fact I think it is only few. But you can always hope to have powers and if you do not, you can find yourself another dream or perhaps build some rocket boots?

"Yeah, I'm only still learning to be one. Haven't really done any super-heroic yet or anything," Ionica mutters with a shrug. "But it'll change and stuff, I just need to find some super-bad guys and stop their evil and I'll be a super-heroine. That's going to be so awesome." With that said Ionica starts to float, moving a couple of inches above the ground. "And yeah, I can fly. I can fly pretty fast I think. Faster than a car."
  22. Flight never got boring, flight was one of the things that could keep her mind occupied and off the realities of life, of living in a cardboard box, not knowing what would happen the next day. Because most of the time she tended to forget that she didn't have the needs as she once had. She was currently floating in a lotus position about a hundred feet off the ground just outside the Jordan International Airport. Ionica enjoyed seeing the planes that landed and the ones that took off. Sure she too could fly, yet there was just something fascinating about these colossal behemoths of metal capable of carrying hundreds of passengers from one place to another. Ionica is dressed in her 'super-heroine outfit', actually one of the two outfits that she owned, and was definitely not falling into the background, with it's blue and yellow theme, fitting her hair. A few of the bystanders were staring up at her, some even pointing at her, to show their travel companions, whether it be children telling their parents, parents telling their children or perhaps just friends telling friends. Ionica did not seem to notice this, instead watching a large jumbo jet on it's way to take off.
  23. I was thinking that perhaps a group of the younger heroes who has an interest in Claremont, but doesn't already attend it, could perhaps do a scene together, which could draw the attention of the headmaster, so we could become part of it. Does this sound interesting to anyone?
  24. Is it possible to participate in several scenes with the same character at the same time, or is each character limited to only one scene? Reason I am asking is because I was talking with Warr about the Claremont Academy, but is currently engaged in a scene with the Emissary. So if I could be in two scenes I could set up a meeting with either Duncan Summers or any of the students, otherwise I'll just have to stick with the scene I'm currently part of.
