  1. Hmm another question I was meaning to ask but forgot  . With Arrays, How do powers like Dimensional pocket work? Since the effect is instance, but the 'other dimension' isn't. So can DP be within an array without spilling its contents whenever you change the array?
  2. Thanks doc. I thought the Fatigue might of been like that, but I wasn't sure. (and I was thinking the same about it being broken if it included extra effort.) And as for the Ablative, I think I may skip it, seems to be a bit to much trouble for its worth. (besides one can technically use what I said before as a descriptor, that 'auto-heals' every round anyway without getting bogged down with numbers and game mechanics.)
  3. Hmm ok thanks for the info, I'll have to think about it. Without creating another thread, another question... What does Immunity to Fatigue effects entitle? Does that only protect you from others making you Fatigue, or the hole deal (running all out, power stunting ext.)?
  4. How is the Ablative flaw on Protection? Thematically it fits the character but I've never used it before. The kind of protection I was thinking is sort of like a wall of force... say a bullet hits the wall (protection), stopping the bullet, but the wall is cracked (aka ablative) (and if taking to much damage shatters like glass) however given a free moment the character can 'heal' the wall if it hasn't been destroyed yet. Is that possible? or am I over complicating it?
  5. Is currently working on some revisions, Will let you know once done.

    Skill:Craft?

Ah of coerce, I must have been more tired than I thought yesterday. Thanks for that.

    Skill:Craft?

I was just wondering what are the distinctions in some of the crafting sub schools, especially area's were things tend to overlap. Namely what things can be crafted with the Craft Electronics skill, and what can be crafted with the Craft mechanical skill, and what about items that could go either way? do you need both? or just one? Specifically, I'm looking at what skills would be required to craft (at least fluff wise) would be appropriate for a character who can make AI's, Robots, and highly advanced Vehicles (aka Non-combustion, energy Vehicles).
  8. Notes  Okay so a complete redesign of this hero. Basically every changed. His name is based on the old Latinised Greek word Daemon which means “Daemons are good or benevolent supernatural beings between mortals and gods, such as inferior divinities and ghosts of dead heroes" And yes.. he can sing... quite well too (Beginning Professorial if you take the Core books skill level guide) and he has a beginning career as a solo artist thanks to his mothers contacts. The Quick change enhanced feat is to represent his Daemon costume, as well as the minor color change to his hair/eyes in Daemon form. Development for this character will be increasing is martial arts knowledge (feats/skills/combat) his ghostly physiology (abilities, saves) and expanding and boosting his ghost powers. (insubstantial 4, maybe a fear aura/control. super senses (he's already shown a minor inkling to some sort of danger sense in the sewer.) ext.)
  9. Player Name: Kavos Character Name: Daemon Power Level: 7 (105/110PP) Trade-Offs: None Unspent PP: 5 Progress to Bronze Status: 5/30 In Brief: A Teen Hero who gained paranormal ghost-like powers from a lab accident. Real Identity: Oliver Isles Heroic Identity : Daemon Identity: Secret Birthplace: Freedom City Occupation: Student Affiliations: Claremont Family: Vernon Isles (Father), Julia Isles (Mother) Age: 16 June 7th 1994 Apparent Age: 16 Gender: Male Ethnicity:Caucasian Height: 5’6†Weight: 125 lbs Eyes: Brown (Oliver) – Green (Daemon) Hair: Mousy (Oliver)- White (Daemon) Description: With soft but defined features Oliver would be considered handsome by most. His body is of a slightly athletic build from two years of basic martial arts training. A habit of preferring indoor activities has left Oliver with slightly more pale skin than most American teens his age. A by-product he claims from his families’ European heritage. His short mousy blond hair is always kept clean and brushed. Oliver’s usual clothing is a pair of dark blue jeans, held up with a black double eyelet belt, with an Army green suede jacket; knitted Persian green vest and a black suit tie with a white collared shirt. Oliver wears a pair of black and white High-tops sneakers, with the laces done up horizontally. A small silver chain sits around his neck under his shirt, and a plain polished Onyx ring sits on his left ring finger. Daemon’s usual costume is a construct of Oliver’s mind. It consists of a black and white spandex-like jacket, with a standing collar and silver zipper down the front. A silver metal belt rests over the jacket. Black spandex pants cover his legs going into a pair of black and white boots. A pair of white gloves with black fingertips covers his hands, held secured with a black strap and buckle. As Daemon his hair turns whites and grows a good inch, to Oliver’s annoyance his hair becomes spiked forward and regardless any brushing it always returns to the same look. His eyes also turn a toxic green, that glow whenever he uses his powers. History: The hero who would be called a ghost, a Daemon for the down trodden and helpless, began with the most humble of origins. Oliver Isles was the only son of a university chemistry professor Vernon and professional music teacher Julia Isles. Vernon was born in Norway, migrating to Freedom City when he was twenty-four to study chemistry at the Hanover Institute of Technology. Julia on the other hand was a popular French Canadian singer, until a tour in Freedom City, were she ran into a nerdy university student, Vernon. The pair began a long distance relationship, lasting two years before Vernon proposed to Julia. The couple married in the spring and Julia officially moved to Freedom City. With her extensive singing career and the young couples desire to have a child, Julia decided to retire from the professional music business and found a job as a music teacher at The Freedom School for the Arts. The couple purchased a small two-bedroom apartment in Riverside and fifteen months later Oliver was born. The young hero-to-be led a relatively normal if not adventures life. Once a year they would go on a family holiday to either Canada to visit his mothers’ parents and her siblings, or to Norway to be with his fathers’ parents. On occasion they would even go to France to visit his grandmother, who is a famous French Opera singer. At the age of fourteen Oliver began having troubles with a local school gang, the bullies would bash him for his Jewish heritage. Vernon and Julia petitioned the school to intervene, but the school merely suspended the boys for a week. Outranged at the schools nonchalant attitude to the situation, Vernon signed Oliver up to take martial arts lessons at Master Lee’s school of self-defense in Hanover, several blocks away from were he worked. Friday May 7th 2010, Oliver and his father arrived in the HIT parking lot. Oliver had gotten to go with his father to work that day due to a school report Oliver was doing on the chemistry labs at HIT. Just as the couple entered the chemistry lab, the universities alarms began to ring. As students and teachers began to swarm chaotically and the first of the explosions rang out, Vernon grabbed Oliver and shoved him into a containment chamber. A specially designed room the size of a single person that the university used to test chemicals in. It was airtight but more importantly explosive proof Vernon hoped it would be enough to protect his son. Despite Oliver’s protests Vernon abandoned his son in the relative safety of the containment chamber to join the other teachers in coordinating the universities students. Oliver sank to the floor, knees tucked into his chest as he waited for his fathers return, fear and agitation pumped through his ears as more explosions rang out. As Oliver waited a loud crash sounded in the chemistry lab, getting to his feat, Oliver peeked out of the observation port before quickly slinking back down. A large eight-foot, scaly red skin creature had walked through the wall into the lab. The monster hissed and snarled as it began tossing vials and upturning tables. The creature approached the computer panel that controlled the chambers systems and with mighty roar shattered the panel… sparks flew as the system fragmented, vials of chemicals on the side of the chamber began to empty as the system evaporated them. Oliver sat quietly, tears rolling down his face as his muscles shivered uncontrollably, than a green spray of gas shot up from a single vent, than another, and another… Oliver began to cough as the toxic chemicals filled the small chamber. Trying to get up Oliver started to bang on the door, but to little use, the creature had left the lab and there was nobody else around. His eyes watering from the gas, Oliver collapsed to the floor of the chamber, his lunge burning as the chemicals infected their way into his system. Coughing one last time Oliver’s eyes closed and his world went dark. As the day went on the brave heroes of Freedom City fought valiantly and drove back the alien invaders. Once it was deemed safe emergency crews began to scour the rubble for survivors, it took five hours before the rescue crews got to the chemistry lab and were able to drain the chamber to retrieve the unconscious Oliver. Rushed to the nearest hospital Oliver was placed in critical condition, as the blood tests trickled in the doctors could do nothing but look dumbfounded as they read the complex and highly lethal concoction of chemicals that permeated Oliver’s body. After two weeks in intensive care, Oliver awoke to the surprise of the doctors but elation of his parents. As his mother coddled him, his father explained about the Grue invasion as well as showed off his broken arm, and several nasty cuts he had received when he had gotten in the way of one of the aliens. Several weeks later, Oliver was released from the hospital with a shrug from the doctors and appointments for weekly checkups. Anxious to get on with life Oliver went back to school and recommenced his martial arts lessons. It wasn’t until his first sparing matched did he notice anything different. As the youth sparred with another, he noticed was faster than he had been before, and several times he could have sworn he stayed in the air a fraction of a second too long. The weeks went on, and Oliver found himself running longer, jumping higher, dodging faster than ever before, but it wasn’t until Saturday evening did he know something was different. As he walked home he noticed the same group of bullies that had bashed him up two years ago was following him. Quickly Oliver ducked into an alleyway to avoid them but was knocked to the ground as he ran into other another member of the gang who had been lying in wait. Getting up off the ground as the rest of the gang encircled him, Oliver adapted a defensive stance. The bullies smirked at Oliver’s attempt to intimidate them, one of them moving into position to ‘accept’ his challenge. As the two youths fought, the gang cheered and sneered as Oliver danced around deflecting attack after attack until he saw his opening and struck… The cheering and sneering stopped as Oliver’s opponent looked in shock, Oliver himself stood stunned for several seconds as it registered that his hand was inside his opponent. Quickly pulling his hand back Oliver was relieved it wasn’t coated in blood. His opponent however slumped to the floor, Oliver held his breath until he saw the other youths chest rise and fall. As the rest of the gang came to their senses they swarmed Oliver in a fit of anger and revenge. Oliver flung his arms over his head and crouched down as the mob descended. Oliver waited for the pain but was surprised when he suddenly felt as if he was falling. With a thud and a splash Oliver found himself in the sewer waist deep in water. Looking up Oliver could see no hole in the roof? Did he go through the pavement? Like his hand had against the thug? Running along the side of the sewer until he found an access ladder, Oliver hastily began his ascent. Just as he reached the manhole a faint shiver ran down his spine, looking back down at the dimly lit sewer Oliver saw two glistening reptilian eyes watching him from the water, a large bulky form could just be made out from under the water. Without thinking Oliver surged upwards, suddenly finding himself in the middle of the street, the manhole still in place. His nerves on edge Oliver ran home not stopping along the way. Once he arrived home Oliver locked himself in his room and began experimenting with his newfound power. As time went on, Oliver quickly learnt he could pass through most inorganic matter and with some concentration he could at least place his hand through an apple. He also discovered with some concentration he could project a blast of green ghostly fire at an object. The coolest thing Oliver discovered however was his ability to become near invisible! It wasn’t fool proof, it was only partial invisibility but Oliver was certain that with more training he could eventually master it. It wasn’t long until Oliver began to get ideas in his head, after watching a late night special on the Freedom League Oliver began to wonder if he too could be a hero, he certainly had powers now? That night after his parents had went to bed, Oliver placed on some lose fitting clothing, and grabbed a strip of fabric and cut too eye holes in it. That night Oliver began stalking the streets, keeping himself invisible. He eventually stumbled upon his old school bullies with another group of older boys. As Oliver watched he realized that it was an initiation! His old school yard bullies were being promoted from playground bullies to full-fledged gang members! Watching the initiation Oliver waited and followed as the bullies were given their initiation test. They were to brake into an old warehouse and loot it. Following them, Oliver skulked in the shadows, knowing he was outnumbered for a strait up fight. Occasionally one of the gang members would lag behind so Oliver would quickly jump out of the shadows, sending his palm through their body before vanishing again as they collapsed on the ground unconscious. Finally they arrived at the warehouse, it was only then did the other gang members realize they had lost several of their members. They formed a defensive circle making Oliver’s sneak attacks worthless. Stepping out into the open the gang began to sneer as they saw wannabe hero, Oliver wasted no time and sent a bolt of ghost fire into the closest thug. The Sneering changed to a growl of anger before one of the thugs charged Oliver with a bat, blocking the attack Oliver was stunned with how little the attack actually hurt. Coming to his senses Oliver quickly focused on the battle again, swinging around and counter attacking the baseball bat thug. As the fight went on Oliver disposed of one gang member after another, fighting, hiding, striking, Oliver used all his tactics to win, but it wasn’t enough, more and more thugs appeared as reinforcements arrived. Surrounded and tired Oliver’s chest heaved up and down, unsure as to how much longer he could fight. Than the gang leader appeared… a man in his early twenties, with a balled head and fire tattoo’s marking his scalp. The man sneered and taunted Oliver as fire sparked to life between his hands and ran up his arms. The battle raged on but Oliver was already tired and sore. The gang leader constantly had the upper hand, especially since he had apparently mastered his ranged fire attacks. As Oliver weakened he could hear a faint voice in the back of his mind… ‘Let go… let go… we can defeat him… let go…’ the voice whispered as silently as a ghost. Another flash of fire scored a direct hit into Oliver’s chest knocking Oliver from his feet. Panting Oliver stayed down for a moment, closing his eyes and clearing his mind like his martial arts instructor had taught them to do. Suddenly Oliver felt a surge of power rush through his vanes, his body lifted up off of the ground, ghostly fire consumed his cloths replaced by a web of darkness that solidified into clothing. His eyes changed to a toxic green, his hair turned white. As the gang watched on in trepidation they could easily see the bruises on Olivers face suddenly heal. Once the transformation had finished Oliver hovered in the air, stunned by the change as much as the thugs were. With strength renewed Oliver quickly took the offensive and quickly finished the gang leader off. Seeing their leader fall, the remaining gang members fled. Oliver approached the frightened gang leader, all he could do was murmur a faint “who are you?†To which Oliver replied, “Call me Daemon.†And with that Oliver knocked the thug out and flew off just as the police cars arrived. Several days later, after Oliver had discovered his powers had permanently increased since the transformation and he was able to swap between his normal look and Daemons look at will. One morning as Oliver was getting ready for school, a knock came from the door, answering it, an elderly man stood there with the aid of a cane. “Mr. Oliver Isles I presume? I have a proposition for you, my name is Duncan Summers.†Personality and Motivation: Oliver is a quite compassionate kid with a family passion for music. Despite a promising career as a solo artists Oliver feels his powers are a gift from God, and to use them for his personal gain would be wrong. So Oliver splits his time between school, the recording studio and moonlighting as the hero ghost Daemon. Powers and Tactics: With basic martial arts training augmented with his ghost-like powers Oliver can be a terror on the battlefield against one on one foes. Utilizing his invisibility and acrobatics, Oliver does all he can to keep his opponents flat footed so that he can perform a sneak attack against them. As Oliver’s body absorbs more and more of the toxic chemicals in his blood, his powers and physical ability increases. Some of his powers have been augmented with traces of Der Schattenwelt, allowing Oliver to project a blast of shadowy energy at opponents. The small amount of Der Schattenwelt in Olivers blood, mixed with the chemicals produces a hellish green flame with a core as black a night. Complications: Secret: Oliver hasn’t told anyone about his powers, not even his family. Triple shift: Oliver has a very busy schedule school, music and being a hero. Hunted: The crazed mutated chemist Goanna has Oliver’s scent… could the deadly combination of toxins in Oliver’s blood be a cure to this made scientist? Walking Dead: Oliver’s body absorbed enough deadly toxins to kill an entire room of people with a single drop. Yet he’s still alive, and the Doctors are very curios as to why. Enemies: Oliver’s made an enemy out of a local street gang around Riverside… Hopefully they don’t learn his identity and go after his family. Voices in my head: Oliver sometimes hears a voice in his head, especially right before he has a boost in power… Is it his unconscious mind, or is it something more sinister… Abilities: 0 + 2 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 2 = 8PP Strength: 10 (+0) Dexterity: 12 (+1) Constitution: 12 (+1) Intelligence: 10 (+0) Wisdom: 12 (+1) Charisma: 12 (+1) Combat: 10 + 8 = 18PP Initiative: +1 Attack: +5, Melee +5, Ranged +5, Ghost powers +7 Grapple: +7 Defense: +7 (+4 Base, +3 Dodge Focus), +2 Flat-Footed Knockback: -3 Saving Throws: 4 + 4 + 4 = 12PP Toughness: +7 (+1 Con, +6 [Protection]) Fortitude: +5 (+1 Con, +4) Reflex: +5 (+1 Dex, +4) Will: +5 (+1 Wis, +4) Skills: 64R = 16PP Acrobatics: 12 (+13) Concentration 9 (+10) Diplomacy 9 (+10) Gather Information 5 (+6) Knowledge (popular Culture): 4 (+4) Language 3 (English (native), French, Hebrew, Norwegian) Notice 9 (+10) Perform (Singing) 4 (+5) Profession (singer) 4 (+5) Sense motive 5 (+6) Feats: 11PP Acrobatic Bluff Dodge Focus 3 Elusive Target Evasion 1 Hide in place sight Instant Up Sneak attack 1 Teamwork 2 Powers: 14 + 1 + 3 + 4 + 6 + 3 + 6 + 3 = 40PP Ghost Array 5 (Feats: Alternate Powers 3, Accurate (+2) [14PP] Base Power: Concealment 10 (All Sensors) Flaws: partial) [10PP] Alternate Power: Strike 5 (Extras: Penetrating [10PP] (Phase Touch) Alternate Power: Blast 5 (Range 50ft) [10PP] (Ghost fire) Enhanced Trait 1 (Feat: Quick change (Daemon)) [1pp] Flight 1 (Feats: Subtle (10mph, 88ft/round) [3PP] (Ghost Flight) Immunity 4 (Critical hits (2), Suffocation (all) (2)) [4PP] (Ghostly traits) Protection 6 (+6 Toughness) [6PP] (Ghostly Resilience) Regeneration 3 (Recovery Rate (Bruised) 3 (recover 1/round without rest)) [3PP] (Ghostly Recovery) Super-movement 3 (Permeate 3 (full speed)) [6PP] (Ghost Phasing) Super-Sensors 3 (Low-light vision, Ultra hearing, Uncanny dodge (hearing)) [3PP] (Ghost sense) DC Block: ATTACK RANGE SAVE EFFECT Unarmed Touch DC15 Toughness (Staged) Damage (Physical) Ghostfire Range DC20 Toughness (Staged) Damage (Shadow) Phasestrike Touch DC20 Toughness (Staged) Damage (Physical) Abilities (8) + Combat (18) + Saving Throws (12) + Skills (16) + Feats (11) + Powers (40) - Drawbacks (0) = 105/110 Power Points
  10. Hmm after giving it some thought.... (and being knocked out for 4 days with a migraine  ) I think I may hold of on this character... I'd still like to play him, but as I've still got a bit on my plat, and character wise this character is fairly complicated (I mean he's dead but he's also alive... talk about emotional issues ) so I'm thinking archive this one for the time being, and I'll come back to him later, and I'll do up someone who's a little less complicated and I can give the appropriated time of thought to. Thanks.
  11. Ok so lets see if I got this right A few notes. I cant remember if there was any restrictions on age... but its no problem if you want me to bump him up to 16-18 or something. Some of this build you can thank AA for  its kind of themed on his swarm template, with a few other inspiration's and my own imaginings. I was going for a very new hero for this one, in fact with approval I'll run a intro thread for him which sets off were his History finishes with the father's experiment. Oh and if it wasn't obvious he is a robot... for the most part... organic + tech + mad science stuff, so he does have a con, because he is 'alive'. Also to note, He doesn't have many skills at the moment, because of memory lost, as he remembers more, they'll slowly return. (namely his art/music skills)
  12. Power Level: 7 (105/105) Trade-Offs: None Unspent PP: 0 Gold Status: 0/30 In Brief: Teenager Turned Robot with an army of self-replicating Nanobots at his control. Name: Nanobot Alternate Identities: Jett Miles Identity: secret Birthplace: Freedom City Occupation: Student Affiliations: (None at this time) Family: Tomas Miles (Father – Deceased), Rebecca Miles (Mother – Deceased), Steven Miles (Elder Brother – Deceased) Age: 14 Apparent Age: 14 Gender: Male Ethnicity: Caucasian Height: 5’2 Weight: 108 Eyes: Blue Hair: white Description: Jett was always a small child, short and lanky, something he always hoped he would grow out of. His skin was ghostly pale from spending too much time inside away from the sun; his hair was silky platinum blond, which only helped to accent his ghostly demeanour. His most distinguishing feature was his Sea blue eyes, which appeared to hold the hope and the innocence of the young. But that’s all changed now. His skin although still pale now glistens slightly in the sun, and if one were to look close enough one could see his skin move as if a billion tiny insects crawled there way underneath it. His hair has become white as snow, and his eyes no longer hold the hope and innocence of a child, instead replaced with fear and horror. Power Descriptions: Jett has the potential to be very powerful, with an army of micro-machines at his every beck and call, as well as being immune to the basic necessities of human life makes Jett a good contender in a battle… someday… That day is not today. Jett has minimal control over the nanobots, allowing him to send them out to destroy any matter he touches, or at close range. A lot of his powers operate automatically without his conscious control such as his Immunities and Regeneration. His most developed ability is actually his ability to sense and communicate with other machines; this allows him to access computers from afar, to control machinery and even transport his mind into cyberspace. History: Jett was always a special child. Not Super-special, just special. Gifted with art and music, Jett could have easily have became a world-renowned artist or musician possible even both. But he was shy, and disliked other’s company. He would often lock himself away for days at a time in his families basement were he would spend his time Drawing or playing music. Tomas Miles was Jett’s father, a head researcher at ASTRO labs, Along with Jetts brother Steven who worked with his father as a lab assistant. Tomas loved his youngest son dearly, enough that when an opportunity to work in the labs Experimental department Tomas took it. The Job entitled more pay due to the increased risk, but it would allow the family to afford the tuition fee’s needed to enrol Jett into a private Art school. But that all changed seven months ago… One evening as Rebecca and Jett were driving home, a semi-truck combined with a drunk driver, ploughed head on into the family car, Killing Rebecca and Jett Instantly. Tomas lost his mind. His wife had been crushed beyond recognition, his beloved son who had been in the back seat had fared better, but he was still beyond conventional medical help. Tomas immediately had his sons’ body transferred to his lab, were he illegally began an experiment; one he hoped would bring his son back to him… Personality & Motivation: Jett had always been Awkward and shy, more so now than even. He’s quite and withdrawn, but delights in helping others. After the accident he’s became even more withdrawn, feeling that nobody around him understands what happened to him. Despite this he often puts on a brave face, and smiles. Since the accident he’s trying to become more sociable, namely at the insistence of his counsellor. Powers & Tactics: Jett is rather timid in combat due to his inexperience, but his nanites more than make up for his timidness. Although he doesn’t have full control, and the nanites are not operating at peak efficiency, Jett is still capable of causing massive damage to his surroundings and opponents. Currently He relies on an evade and attack strategy, of avoiding attacks, than lashing out with either a concentrated burst of nanites or causing mass destruction by sending waves of nanites at his opponents. Jett rarely enters melee range. Complications: Dead: Jett Miles died in a horrible car crash. Legally he does not exists. Lost memory: Due to an imperfect nanobinding, much of Jetts memories have been lost. Human or machine?: Jett isn’t sure of were he belongs. Is he Human? Or his he a machine? Prejudice: Man or machine? Some people find Jetts existence an abomination. 13. Close, It was err I cant remember what it was called, one of your characters, the shapechanger i believe you were looking for a portal into the fey realms, and my character (the Ember paw) -the kitsune fox-boy who could smell magic- helped you find it. ;)
  14. Hey all, Not sure if anyone remembers me, I was around about 18 months ago. Just wanted to drop in and say Hi, Glad to see the place is still running (and quit well by the look of it ). For those who remember me, I've been allright, things have been hectic and still not entirely out of the woods yet, (Moving, Depression, medical yada yada yada.) But for the most part everything's going fine. I've spent the last 8 months studying Writing, and I'm almost finished (well as finished as one can be.) so I'm still seeing how things go, but I'd love to come back to the bords. I just need to be careful about time management, since I love this place, but well it doesn't pay the bills, and I dont want focus all my creative energy on a game, rather than my work. But anyway, Its great to see you all, for the time being I think I'll just stick my head in, and do a bit of lurking before I make up my mind about returning. Cheers. Kavos.
  15. Hey all; Just popped in to say Hi and let you know I haven't fallen off the perch . I've been well, getting some thing's with my life back on track. It's amazing how much creative energy you can use up without realizing it. Hopefully I can get everything sorted return shortly. Kavos. ;)
  16. Hey all, As much as I love this place I think I'm going to have to have a brake from it for a month or two. I've been feeling kind of burnt out over the past few week's, and Ignoring it hasn't helped any. I'm not sure how long I'll take off but I'll keep you updated, shouldn't be any longer than a month or two. Sorry to those I'm in thread's with, feel free to NPC/right out the character. Anyway I'll see you all in a month or two. Kavos.
  17. Boomer and Proto's (should he get approved in time... *nudge nudge* ) wouldn't mind helping out. ;)
  18. ah, than change it to Gather information Partially done by Doc; see later posts.
  19. Boomer's still out, (1d20+11=20) (+4) I won't bother spending a HP yet, In order for him to save he'd need to roll an 18 I could spend all his HP's and still not get it.
  20. Okay updated  Got rid of the Enhanced Charisma -2 and lowered charisma -2 on base stats  Removed Immunity Entrapment  Fixed up the Linked powers  With the 5 point's freed from Entrapment I grabbed picked up some ranks in Regen
  21. Okay than, some revisions. I striped everything down to the base (the base being the Transformed Bystander from Freedom City Street level Archetypes v1.1) And commenced to rebuild from there. The first glaringly obvious point is his Non-power related abilities... or more precisely the lack there off. I gave him Minimal skills, no feats, 10 across the board for abilities ext. the reason being is at this point he is just a humble bystander. All of his abilities at this stage come directly from his powers. As he develops and learns to become more than just an average human I'll slowly add skills/feats to the actual character. This is more to represent the fact that should he be hit with say a Nullify effect, he become's a normal bystander again (at least until the Nullify wares off) I added some ranks of growth, specifically enough to make him large. Seem's more realistic especially for the engulf snare, as well as fit's better the picture in my head. It's not permanent so he can shrink himself back down to normal human size. (Call it Rapid Cellular Fission/Fusion depending on if he's getting bigger or smaller) Let's see, I Marked the sheet out so it's easer to understand what's giving what bonus. I dropped the Thrown, (technically it's not needed he can always do a telegraphic strike with his elongation) I also got rid of Corrosion and changed it to acid. I'll probably add the Corrosion on later or I'll do some form of matter eater/drain thing to symbolize the ability to eat through most inorganic things. I also removed Snare/suffocation as Alt power's and gave them there own. There not the best at the moment but they will get better, and it's more conceptually accurate. (I mean just because he's digesting someone doesn't mean she shouldn't be able to attack, he's a blob It's not like he has human anatomy. -Speaking of which, I added to Immune to Critical hits. as I sad he has no Anatomy to suffer critical hits from-) The No bone's drawback is based on the fact that it makes common everyday thing's harder to do, using a pen to right a note become's very difficult when you cant hold the pen solidly, it's next to imposable to tie untie knots ext ext.
  22. I'd like to spend Boomer's for point's on the following Increase/change his skills to this please He gains' Skill Mastery [Perform (Light shows/Keyboards), Acrobatics, Concentration] And his main Blast attack gain's an Alt power and that should do it ;)
  23. Minor change, Removed the alternate Form container and bought everything individually. (Make's future updates easer.)
  24. Okay this is Ember's Replacement at his Pl and PP totals. Despite actually being PL 7, His stat's are currently written up as PL 6. He's basically a bystander who's been supped up by the DNAscent program and has been discarded by them. Once I reach gold in a month or two, I'll update him to a PL 10 version which will round him out. This version is basically him just after he wake's up in the sewers, so he isn't fully aware of everything he can do.
