  1. Maelstrom almost smiled. He did have some pretty good momentary luck: out of nowhere, a superhero showed up a a very convenient spot to be attacked. Maelstrom flew up off of the boat, and directed the air under it to rise violently upward. He slightly regretted giving up a boat that could be worth a lot fenced later, but there wasn't really anything else to attack with up here. Either way, it was pretty awesome to throw a boat at your opponent.

  5. Maelstrom sighed. What ever happened to the good ole' days, when you could expect a hero to turn up for every crime you committed? He decided to leave. But not without making a little money and a great story for the news later tonight. He turned off his giant winds, to the relief of everyone at the port. But to one unlucky person's horror, he focused all of the wind he was using before, and used it to pick up the biggest boat he could carry, an expensive multi-floor mini-yacht. He flew to the wheel, waved, and pretended to steer as he blew the boat off into the sunset.

  8. It seems like this character is really messed up. It looks like Transfer doesn't work the way I thought it did at ALL. As it stands, this character looks like a pretty big no-no. I think I'm just going to overhaul this character and make him a Mimic. Should I just edit my post, or would a new thread be more appropriate? EDIT: Alright, I put the new character in the first post.

  14. Maelstrom would definitely be interested in something like that; any way to cause even MORE mindless destruction would be great .

  20. He was invisible. No one at Port Regal had any idea that right above their heads, where they could almost reach out and touch him (sort of) was Maelstrom. He was trying out a new power he had finally mastered: melding with the air itself. He felt as at peace as someone of his temperament could possibly be. But he wanted to change that. He formed back into solid mass, and held himself fifty feat above the water. Smiling at the crowd's initial panic at a supervillain appearing out of nowhere, he increase it tenfold by filling everywhere within 10,000 feat with heavy winds. Every ship at the dock rocked violently back and forth, and the air was filled with trash, and debris. Then, suddenly, it stopped. Maelstrom disappeared again. When people began either looking confused or sighing with relief, he reappeared and created some more destruction, this time not stopping.
