The Piranha whirled to face the boat. He launched himself up the stairs and across the deck toward the remaining thug who seemed to be firing at ... he was vaguely aware that someone else was the man's target. Who the heck else was out here? SOmeone else trying to bring these bums down, or someone even worse than them? But first he had to drop the drug dealer. He hissed at the man, his maw opening to reveal a mouth full of sharp teeth. Then, he swiped at him with a clawed hand at the end of a powerful, scaly arm.

I will be away for work from early tomorrow morning through Saturday evening. I hope to be able to hop on now and again from my hotel, but I'm not sure how often I'll be able to logon and/or post. The man-fish formerly known as Tom Tanner gently treaded water, his eyes just above the water line as he watched the men unloading the boat. He had been exploring the rivers around Freedom City for days now, taking stock of the activities on the waterfronts. The Fens clearly was a center of nefarious activity. If he wanted to do something helpful, this would be a good place to start. And here he was in his element. He went under and moved closer to the boat. He was going to hit these smugglers hard and fast. He swam toward the walkway linking the boat to the dock. He wanted to come up right beside it, and grab the first smuggler he could and pull him into the water as quickly as possible. OOC: I assume that will be the guy who's standing right by the walk way. I'm pretty sure the Piranha's rage doesn't break the PL cap. He gets +4 to Str when raging, which brings his Str to 20 from 16, for a total Str Bonus of +5. So long as it's not +7 or higher, isn't that OK?

And I'm almost certain that Marvel had a villian called the Piranha sometime way back in the 70s. What can you do, eh?
