  1. Reflex Save: 14, but Evasion 2, so still rolling Toughness vs. the lower of the two. TOU save: 23
  2. GHOST Now this is some interesting tech. It's familiar enough to Casper that he can actually work it (thankfully its not some kind of bio-tech or anything like that, then he would have no idea what to do aside from just rip the reactor out of the sockets...), he just need to figure out where everything goes. Casper has no idea what Patriot is saying or what language it is, but even without looking over his shoulder, he's sure that she's threatening them, which... fair enough. Glancing over his shoulder, he sees the grenade. That's... not optimal. Suicide missions are really not his thing. So, what can he do, now that he's getting into the generator? Propulsion? That's gotta go. Can't let these guys get closer to the Earth. Weapons? Oh yeah. No guns, no fun, and there's a few Praetorians out there. The lifts? He'll save that for later. "Hey, gang? Ghost here," he speaks into his communicator. Both the League and the Praetorians should be looped in there, right? "I'm at the ship's generator with Patriot. Fun little thing. Real interesting. Anyway, I'm gonna shut down the weapon and propulsion systems now, if anybody wanna make some badass boasts and tell them that bad space invaders don't get to go anywhere in their big spaceship. Oh, right, and you can tell them that if they keep misbehaving I'll pull the generator out into space." Reaching in, Ghost shuts it down. And then... no weapons. No propulsion.
  3. Standard action to try to disable the weapon systems and propulsion with Disable Device for now: 32
  4. I'd like to spend a move action examining the generator with Knowledge [Technology] to figure out how I can shut down parts of the things that it powers with Disable Device. Weapons, propulsion, hangar bay gates and such are a priority, but anything else I can find is good too. Rolling 18, and I'll spend a Hero Point to reroll that: 31
  5. ARCHER II Another freaking super drug. Ever since that whoe affair with Cortex and his drugs, it had felt like a new drug that would give people powers or kill them pops out every other week, and people are just desperate enough that it keeps working. Sitting on a rooftop with his Sky-Bike parked besides him, Connor surveils the scene below. The big thug seems like the seller. The woman is probably on the drug and is gonna burn up any moment. If he shouts or comes running for them, they'll run, and then he'll have to chase them. He hates having to chase pushers. Instead, he selects two arrows, sticking them to certain tips and takes aim, then let's the two arrows armed with rapidly expanding and hardening foam fly towards the thug.
  6. Gonna fire an Autofire Snare at the thug, because screw that guy: 29 DC16 Reflex Save vs. Snare and up to +3DC from the Autofire.
  7. ARCHER II Freaking super people... the guy with the golden aura is a pin cushion by now, and somehow, he's still standing. What's it take to bring him down? The sword guy seems to be doing fine with the woman, Connor can alway find out why he's here later, but right now... Stepping out from behind the cover, he sends more arrows flying against the man with the golden aura, while he shouts "He, sword guy! Out of the way!" before moving back around the corner again.
  8. Why fix what ain't broke? Archer attacks Peter with Autofire Standard Arrows again: 29 DC21 TOU + up to +3DC for every 2 above defense with Autofire He steps around the corner, fires, shouts to Sever and then moves back again.
  9. GM The purple armored man stares at Gamma Buzz for a moment, before dismissing him, turning to Timeout and Spaceman instead. "You can call me Doctor Deviation, and what I am expecting, hero, is an army, but if I am to have one, then I will first need to ensure that... that doesn't happen." He motions towards the woman that was a girl not too long ago. She looks apprehensive. "Rapid aging is not ideal in a soldier. And free will? No, that is a defect that I cannot tolerate." The voice is full of drama, as he speaks, almost like he is putting on a show. And then he gets another look at Gamma Buzz and pauses. "You are quite the interesting specimen, are you not?" the purple armored man asks, looking at Gamma Buzz. "What are you?"
  10. Spaceman There's something about this whole situation, a sense of deja vu that Parker can't quite place. "Buzz, I think you should calm down a bit." He can't place it. Something about the man just gives him an instinctive feeling of dread. He can't let it decide what he'll do. It's just a feeling. "And who are you?" he calls out, once Lawrence has asked his question. Maybe that will help. Probably not.
  11. Everyone discovered the ninjas, so... let's see som initiative rolls!
  12. GM The crowd continues to go wild at Multiplicty's show. Depending on the songs, they're shouting, dancing, chanting or singing along to the songs. Whatever Bernie and the band had imagined for their first international trip, they are clearly a hit. But even then, not everything is alright. Neko is the first to pick it up. Above, near the roof that she hid with her illusions, dark shapes are sneaking around on the rafters, moving towards the scene. From their positions, Leon and Charlie spots the same, and then Neko sees the dark shapes moving through the crowds. Ninjas. And lots of them. All heading towards the scene. Finally, Bernadette sees the ninjas moving towards her from the rafters... It is just a matter of time before they all strike.
  13. The STORMCROW "Figures that'd be how you'd get a girl," Charlie had replied with his usual grin, before Neko joined them. "She had to set up a whole scheme to make you realize what was in front of you." "Hey Neko," he responds, after having smiled at their kiss. "Your setup was great, and Bernie and the band's doing great as always." Sure, everything's going fine. It's good, it's great. So why does Charlie have this nagging feeling that something's off?
  14. GM Macedon hesitates a bit as the group begins to set up their tents. "Hold on a moment, kids. Ms. O'Connell got a good point here." She points towards the rock outcrop that Bernadette had pointed out. It seems to be conected to a larger mesa.. "Keep an eye on your surroundings and the weather. Can you feel the wind and see all the sand? If we set up right here, then we'll get blown down if we're unlucky. So let's give that outcrop a look, yeah?" As the group approaches, the outcrop seems like it leads into a cave.
  15. GM The lion looks Haven. He towers above the silver skinned humanoid, and is quite terrifying to behold. But as Haven would probably guess, given his knowledge of certain other stories, it's voice is small and meek. "I... I don't know anything... d-don't serve that here..." He looks around nervously. He is very obviously lying.
  16. I have some other plans for my turn.
  17. The STORMCROW Charlie greets Vueriz with a quick wave. She's... well, small, and blue, but honestly, he's seen weirder. "Think I saw some of the other students out there," Parker says, motioning with his head. "How about we go say hi so we're ready for the show?" He'd particularly like to see how Michael is doing with his whole team idea.
  18. The STORMCROW Force Ops and Omega and... This is way outside what any of them should be able to deal with yet, and Bernie and the other students got into that kind of trouble already? Charlie frowns as he holds her close, but doesn't let her see it. He will have to get in touch with Ms. Summers. She needs to do something to keep them safe and... it doesn't matter right now. Bernie is here, and she needs him. "Hey, come on. Do you really think I'd choose this work over you?" It isn't anything important, and even then... "C'mon. I'll be right here with you."
  19. Spaceman Parker closes his eyes when Michael gets ready. Being able to see the ball is one thing. It will be difficult, given the speed that Micahel will mostly likely be throwing it with, but feeling the distance to it as it passes between Michael and Carmen, going closer... He can keep up. He can feel where it is. A moment before Carmen would catch it, Parker stops it in place, infinitely expanding the space between her and the ball, then increasing the space between it and the ground to send it flying up. "Catch!"
  20. Spaceman The wriggling portal is unnerving, to say the least. Parker stares at it, arms still crossed as he remains at the back of the group. Deep One tech. Or magic. Or whatever it is. He's willing to accept much, but this is just unsettling. He barely notices at first when Lawrence nudges him with his elbow and asks if he is ok, too lost in his own head at the moment. "No, I'm not, but I'll power through." He has to. He's the strong, stoic guy. Everyone expects him to power through.
  21. Spaceman The draconic shapes passes over and through Parker, as he remains above the ground. Consuelo's powers are scary in the hands of herself, but with Eclipse having taken over the power? Then it's even worse. Consuelo destroyed the stone, Mizuki and Carmen are trying to take down the dragon... he could help, give it that final push, but someone has to deal with Ashley, and Parker is, in some way, fine with being the one to do that for now. What she said about black out the sun gave Parker an idea, anyway... Black dots rise from his body at even greater intensity than before. His cape rising around him, the edges fraying and dissolving into the black crackle as he stares at Eclipse. He haven't tried something like this before. Closing the distance to something this far away. It takes him a moment, but, it feels natural. Spaceman has established the connection. "Hey, Eclipse? Let's bring the sunshine." Shining bright light, solar radiation and heat come hurling out all around Eclipse, seemingly from out of nowhere, as Spaceman has closed the distance between them and the sun, opening what is essentially portals to orbit around the sun all around their enemy, catching the solar winds and bringing them here.
  22. You would need to stunt another effect like Healing to be able to do something like that, Huck. Mechanics wise, Eclipse has made a power that does the same thing as your power, a copy of it, but is not your power, and you can reverse other people's powers. What is the descriptor for the power? Being Insubstantial, Parker is immune to Physical and Energy effects at the moment. In case I'm not immune to that (though I think I should be), I'll roll: Reflex save: 9 Fortitude: 17, I'm fine with a 1 TOU drain for now TOU Save: 28, no damage. Again, only if being Insubstantial does not make Spaceman immune. I will spend a HP to stunt this power off my Space Control Array: Blast 8 (Extras: Autofire; Feats: Homing 3, Indirect 3, Variable Descriptor 2 [Hazardous Environment]) {32/32} (Descriptors: Bring Hazard, Change distance to hazardous environment or effect) And then I'll attack Eclipse with the power of the sun: 11, and I'm gonna reroll that with another HP for: 22 That's a DC23TOU + 1DC for every 2 above defense, at max +4 from Autofire. Indirect might catch her flat-footed, but doubt it given all that's going on now.
  23. Fixed, thank you. What you get when you update an existing sheet
  24. Interpose Tou save: 18 I'll take the injury and bruise Regular Tou save: 16 And I'd rather not get Dazed, so I'll spend a HP to reroll the second one, which is an autopass at TOU+10.
  25. The equipment in the lab seems designed to accelerate the creation and growth of whatever it is that the doctor is making. It seems like they might be used to create artificial beings.
