  1. Jack turned mid stride when he heard the voice. He smiled at the unusual sight. A beautiful red woman was something he had never seen. "My apology, dear lady." He said in his thick Russian accent with sincerity. He gestured with the trays. "I do happen to have a little extra I could share maybe to make up for any offense." He flashed her one of his usual smiles.
  2. Jack stood off to one side, waiting for his order to be filled. He had received many looks from the patrons and staff. Looks of skepticism from the girl who took his order, looks of annoyance from the people waiting behind him for their food, and looks of curiosity at his appearance. Jack was most likely not the most oddly dressed citizen of the city...but considering it was winter and he was only wearing flip flops, basketball shorts and an unzipped hoodie showing off his chest...it was definitely something many people didn't see often. It seemed like forever before his number was called. He gathered up the two trays heaped with food, litterally heaped as no more food could be stacked on the trays without falling off. He made his way to a table and sat with his meal, longing in his eyes as his stomach made known how hungry it was.
  3. Jack looked over the menu and then ordered several dishes, the waitress showing disbelief in her eyes that he was being serious. "I am enjoying it quite well... Dimitri." He said in his thick accent, remembering to use the man's name, even though it felt odd to. "I have enrolled at Clairemont Academy, where I am learning much. I have made several friends...though I do miss the home country." He admitted.
  4. "pleasure to meet you, woodsman." Jack said in his heavy accent. "Da, I have muscle and decent aim, but my powers do not lend themselves to snowball combat.." Jack seemed to remember hearing people speak of someone like this one...but he couldn't remember what it had been about. He shrugged and formed a snowball with his giant hands.
  5. A scent caught Jack's attention and he turned away from the cowering thug towards the real target. His eyes locked on to the man who had hit Alexa, and an menacing growl escaped him. He stalked down the lane towards his pretty, eyes full of hate and lust to kill the tiny man who had dared to challenge him. With one massive paw he swiped at the thug.
  6. Jack will go after Scary thug, as he was the one to hit Alexa. Attack: 1d20+10 19 If it hits, will use improved grab and grapple to pick him up in one paw. One handed Grapple: 1d20+24 39
  7. The ringing stopped so suddenly as he felt his body beginning to change. Normally he had always fought the urge...but as his eyes took in the crumbled, unconscious form of Alexa...a fire sprung into his eyes. He moved until the remaining thug's eyes were locked into his. He gave the thug a murderous glare as he let the bear spirit consume him. The change was never pleasant, to watch or to experience. Jack felt the pain of every fiber of his being being torn apart and put back together. He let out a roar of anger and pain as he removed his hoodie. His muscles rippled and tore under his skin as they expanded rapidly. His skin split in places, showing the red muscle beneath before they covered over again. In the spare of mere seconds he skin and muscles tore and repaired themselves hundreds of times, adding well over half a ton of muscle and a good five feet in height. There was audible popping and cracking sounds as his bones twisted and contorted, breaking and reforming to accommodate his increasing mass. His teeth sharperened into fangs and his skull twisted and stretched into the maw of a Polar Bear. His fingers and toes elongated and his nails turned into the razorblades that we're his claws. His skin darkened into a pitch black just before white fur sprouted from his skin, covering him head to toe in white. Standing erect, he still retained a humanoid appearance instead of resembling a bear on it's hind legs. Through all this, Jack had kept his eyes locked on the thug scooting desperately away from him, reminding himself the reason for his pain and anger. With the transformation finished, the pain receded, but the animal rage remained. Jack stood towering over everyone, standing a full 11 feet. His chest heaved with the effort of changing and he stared down at the thug. His voice, when it came, was deep and gravelly. "If you want to survive this...you had better run." He punctuated his pronouncement to the thug with a hearty growl.
  8. Jack felt the blow like 20 sledgehammers hit him squarely in the chest. It made him take a couple steps back and fall to one knee. The force of the blow stunned him. This was the first time he had faced power of this magnitude, and the surprise of it had caught him off gaurd. He hadn't expected to find another superhuman. He had thought they were just average patrons of the bowling alley. He had expected them to back down and leave Alexa alone. He shook his head, his ears ringing a lil from the concussion of force. His beast howled with anger and demanded to be let loose upon these men. And Jack was ready to let go of his control...

  11. Jack's eyes were becoming cold and ferral as the beast struggled to be let out and tear into those who would dare challenge it. His eyes flicked from the hand holding Alexa to the man's eyes. "Let. Her. Go. Now." Jack said in a angry growl, his voice menacing. His anger was beginning to boil inside of him and he clenched his fingers so tightly the cracking of his knuckles was audible. "Ty ne lyubish' menya, serdityy..." Jack said in Russian. Reverting to his native language was a habit he fell into when he was very angry, the phrase roughly translated to "You won't like me angry". He took a step in their direction.
  12. Jack nodded to his father as he found a booth by himself and left Jack to handle this fantastic situation. Jack looked down at the sketchbook he had in his hands and breathed out a lil. This moment had always been a dream of his...to meet the Hero of Russia! Comrade Frost had always been something of an idol for him. He calmed himself and walked towards where the legend sat waiting. He sat opposite the man in the booth. "It is an honor, Sir.." Jack said softly, unsure how to address the legend in a casual setting. He put the sketchbook down on the table to his left and looked down at the older man in front of him.
  13. Jack let out a hearty laugh as Alexa finally seemed to understand the concept of a snowball fight. She attempted to retaliate, but her snowball was Ill formed and broke apart. Jack grabbed another snowball and aimed at his friend as she bent, making her own snowball. "Come now Lil'one...I know you and that big brain of yours can do better..." He threw the snowball.
  14. Jack surpressed a smile. He had never seen someone drop the ball in such a way before, but he felt bad for Alexa all the same. "Fear not lil'one...you will do better next time." He said reassuringly as she made her way to the next lane and apologized. Jack sensed the tension in the lane even before they spoke, his animal instincts picking up on the predetory nature of the men, or at least of the one man. His body went on high alert as the man spoke, and he felt an anger enter into him, which he could barely contain. These dogs were threating someone that belonged to him...they dared to challenge his territory...?! Jack took a breath, knowing this was his beast's thinking. He calmly stood, towering over the men as he walked up behind Alexa, gently pushing her behind him. "Is there problem here, Gentleman?" He asked in his accented English. "My friend has already apologize for her accident..."
  15. "You had better prepare, Lil'one. That was but warning shot." he said with a grin and grabbed another snowball and lobbed it at her. He put a bit more power into his shot, but not enough to seriously hurt the smaller girl.

  17. Finding shoes in his size had always been an issue, and this place had been no exception. Fortunately the clerk behind the counter had managed to find a pair big enough for him. This part of the game, Jack did not like. His feet had never been comfortable in shoes. If his feet could have been claustrophopbic, they would have been. He slipped the shoes on and tested them, not feeling very comfortable as he walked around. "I do not know how you wear shoes all time..." Jack muttered to the ladies while he found a ball with sufficent hand holes for his large fingers. "These balls are all too light..." he commented, picking the heavyiest ball he could find, but still not being satisfied with it completely. Jack watched as Rev went first after Alexa had inputted all of their names. He nodded with approval at her throw. "Da you seem to be natural at this game." he commented as she returned to her seat. He stood and grabbed the lightweight ball and rolled it down the lane as he had seen in movies. It shot down the lane, not wuite as fast as Rev's had, but with enough force that al lthe pins decided not to stay upright. He flashed Rev a grin on the way back to his seat. "It seem I can handle balls very well indeed..."

  19. "Da lil'one but of course I will join you. I will probably have to get bags packed to move in but that won't take long." Jack had never been bowling, but it sounded like fun. And a night on the town with lovely ladies was never something he turned down.
  20. She hadn't seen him yet...which, given his considerable size, was amazing. He packed the snowball a little tighter, but made sure if was only fluffy snow and not a slush ball. He didn't want to hurt his friend. He peered around the tree and spotted his target, aimed, and lobbed the snowball at her, aiming for her coat.
  21. Jack cocked his head a lil bit, not understanding. "Do not fear, I apologize if I over stepped in some way. But I must say if you ever decide to have picture drawn you will look most beautiful." He flashed her a charming smile. He dropped the subject, not wanting to offend the girl any further. "So...anything fun to do around here...?" He asked to change the subject.
  22. January 20th, 2018. Sometime around Noon. Jack relaxed against the tree, enjoying the weather outside. The snow fell softly against his skin, and he sat in the snow, covered only in basketball shorts and a sleeveless hoodie. It had been a few days since he started going to school here, but already he was enjoying his time. His friend Alexa had been correct when she told him that he would love it. The food alone was worth it. He cupped his hands around a snowball, packing it gently, a smile spreading on his face. Alexa usually passed this way between classes..and he had a concocted a pile of snowballs with her name on them...and a second pile for Lexa. Tis the season for a good snowball fight.
