  2. @RocketLord And this why you don't relieve on copy and past. Yes, she will be attacking Bluebird and she will be doing so with her Standard Arrows for Damage. Also, I'm willing to go with the 16 when it comes to the Feint.
  3. Move Action: Trying to pull a Feint on Bluebird. Going to use Skill Mastery again to get a 25 on the Bluff. Free Action: Swapping Bow Strike for Standard Arrows on the Trick Arrows Array. Standard Action: Attacking Bluebird with Standard. Using Power to boost DC and lower Attack. Got a 14 on the Attack. That's a DC 25 vs. Toughness.
  4. Despite the smoke Arrow deigned to give Nightscale slight no and something that almost half-way resembled a compliment. Or at the very least mild confidence that he could indeed handle a very ornery looking Stinger. "Take her out and maybe we'll talk." Arrow quickly went back into tactical mode as she primed an arrow and scanned the area for acceptable targets through green-tinted nightshade eyes. Stinger was busy being grappled by Nightscale so she wasn't a problem yet. There was Chumb. Even without her nightshades it would have hard to know the general direction of where that lummox was currently wilding out. He likely would have made for an easy shot given how distracted he was but Olivia had to second-guess if her shots would have been able take a roid freak like him out. Toxin? She did not like the idea of one of her piercing her suit and leaking all over Shift. That left Bluebird. She was high in the sky but still well in range of her shots. Arrow smiled. "Hey Cassie how about you settle down before your dad finds out about all the running around you'll been doing?" It was at the moment that she knew that she had forced Blueshift to wonder where she was that Arrow pulled her bow and launched her bolt.
  5. Move Action: Going try and use a Feint maneuver on Stinger. Going to use Skill Mastery to get a 25 on the Bluff. Free Action: Swapping Standard Arrows for Bow Strike on the Trick Arrows Array. Standard Action: Attacking Stinger with Bow Strike. Got a 9 on the Attack. Super-duper oof.
  6. "Ready to get trashed you glory-seeking poser?" Despite the remark and the smirk on Arrow's face, Stinger's electro-whip had honestly taken a lot more out of her than she cared to admit. So much so, that when she shifted her bow into its staff configuration and tried to swing it at Stinger's sides, the blow went completely wide with the cowgirl easily dodging the flimsy attack.

    Nine out of ten Nevermore’s empty-handedness would have set off Arrow ire but instead of giving him a pithy remark she let it go. Or maybe she was just in a more appreciate mood at the moment given that her mentor wasn’t going to die today. Either way, she focused on getting him back in HQ for some real medical treatment. “We wouldn’t have had time to deal with them anyway. We need to clean up this mess and get out here quick,” She carefully hefting the ailing hero up and tried to get him back on his feet. “Can you stand on your own?” She asked seriously before quickly adding in a lighter tone, “You’re not exactly a featherweight and your deadlifting regimen isn’t in the same league as your archery training, sorry to say.”

    Arrow shook off another mind attack that tall, dark and bothersome tried to hit her with. It was a bit easier this time around, but still didn't make fighting it off any less unpleasant to deal with. The archer was of a mind to pay the head goon an arrow to face as recompense only to be blindsided by something, no, someone plummeting right in front of her as she was about to pull said arrow from her quiver. It did not care her long to identify the fallen body. "Bowman!" A part of her wanted to chastise herself for screaming out when there were possibly goons about who would spot her position. Another though couldn't be bothered to give a damn. In the end, the latter won handily as she moved to her mentor's side. Working quickly, she fetched several new instruments from her utility belt that would help figure out what the hell happened to Bowman. Despite his fall the prognosis was... well it wasn't great but it wasn't catastrophic either. He'd live, though, Arrow severely doubted he'd be of much help for the rest of the fight. Through her comms she said as much to Raven and Nevermore even as her eyes searched for whoever got him in this state in the first place. "I have Bowman. He's stable but he's out of it and I don't have eyes on who got him."

Free Action?: Using Medicine to Diagnosis Bowman. I have a +11 to the check on account of the two Enhanced Skills ranks and Arrow's Wisdom bonus. Got a 26. Standard or Move Action: Sort of unlikely but if the Diagnosis states that Bowman is dying than Arrow is gonna use her Standard Action to try and Stabilize him. If he's just beat up than she's gonna take the time to try and spot whoever just thrashed him. Stabilize/Medicine Check: 18. Spot/Notice Check: 12.

Arrow still doesn't beat it but its sure better than being Staggered and Dazed! Note: Her last HP will still be used to remove the Fatigue condition next round.
  14. Arrow didn't have time to grimace as she watched her stick arrow volley turn out to be less than as effective ash she'd hoped. She was far to busy resisting her bow being pulled right out of her hands by Stringer. "You little poop slinging retrograde throwback!" She had a couple other pithy refrains but Charlie's sudden bomb toss put an end to that as the area was quickly filled with darkness. Nevermore's smokescreen might have been a hassle for the others, but for Arrow it was only a momentary problem as she quickly grabbed her night-shades from her utility belt. Moreover it was a perfect opportunity to get back her bow with a counterattack. Using the smoke as cover, she went into half-crouch and moved out in a methodically, making sure that her path towards Stringer was one that avoided the various other combatants in the escalating melee. Once she was in melee range with the unsuspecting wannabe cowgirl she made her move. Said move was a taekwondo side kick that she had practiced a thousand times over with Bowman for just these scenarios when their weapon of choice was temporarily out of reach. With a quick spin and flash of movement, she struck the cowgirl hand with enough force that was she forced to either let her bow go or risk falling uncontrollable into the ground. Unsurprisingly, she picked the former. Not wasting a beat, Olivia reached out to grab her newly liberated bow with a confident smile on her face. "What was that about kicking a legacy's ass, cowpoke?"
  15. Assuming that Stinger physically has Arrow's bow and didn't throw it somewhere with her whip... Move Action: Activating Fashionable Night Shades setup on Gadgets Power. Arrow now has Darkvision. Move Action: Arrow will stealthily move to get into Touch range with Stinger. Given the Obscure Effect, let's see if Arrow can catch Stinger by surprise with a Skill Mastery Stealth Check of 20. Going use Extra Effort to get another action. Fatigued condition will be removed via Hero Point next round. Standard Action: Trying to hit Stinger with a Disarm to get her bow back. Got a 26 on the Attack and a 5 on the Strength Check but I'll spend a HP to re-roll the latter. Got a 19.
  16. I thought you could only use one Hero Point per round, but if that's incorrect or been House Rule'd away than I'll be burning another to see if Arrow can avoid that Disarm. Strength Check: 14. Didn't work out.
