Bedlam City

Bedlam City is a grim metropolis of some 270,000 hardy souls in eastern Wisconsin - it's a cruel city that's faced much misfortune in the past and present. But maybe some heroes will be able to give it a bright future - if the urban abyss doesn't drag them down first. Bedlam's guardians include the Hammer of Justice, a grim avenger of evil, and Lady Horus, a fast-talking powerhouse with the power of the Egyptian gods.
