Thoughtspeed will activate his Mental Communication in full, but only keep his fellow heroes "in the loop". But everyone should be able to talk to everyone else without him having to relay the messages, if I understand the current setup of my power. 

He will move over to the Racer who stabbed Cho successfully, activating his Twin Blades power in that array as he moves. 

He will then make a Melee Attack:
